Volunteers helped with Pre-party Ticket Sales and/or the different jobs at the Party, such as:

Setup or Cleanup           Entry/Exit Gate Control

Ticket Sales (food, entrance)

Beverage Service           Food Service

Raffle Tickets & Silent Auction

Many recruited another member, sponsor, waitlister, friends, and spouses, and together gave some of your time to help make this event a success for the club. Thank You!


  • Shuttle bus service was available so volunteers could avoid parking headaches.
  • Party entrance fee was $10, and as usual all volunteers covered their own expenses for this fundraiser.
  • Event would have gone on, Rain or Shine! We are glad we had beautiful weather!
